Deputy Chairman’s message

Cancer touches us all. And when it touches someone you love, you will want them to have the very best treatment possible.

The Cancer Care provided by the doctors, nurses and surgeons at St. Vincent’s Hospital is second to none. But their treatment and research areas need to upgraded – urgently.

When I was shown the current facility almost twelve months ago, I was so impressed with the care that the staff provide. But I was dismayed to see the conditions that the patients and staff are working in at the present time. This facility is 40 years old and must be upgraded to cope with the ever increasing demand for cancer care in our State of Victoria.

Please, join with me in changing the way someone feels about Cancer. Help us to provide an environment that will help them on their difficult journey.
